About Us
Organization’s History
Phoenix Pass, Inc. was established in 2008 as a grassroots, community-based partnership between First Baptist Church of Conyers and Rockdale County Emergency Relief Fund, Inc. Initially established as a subsidiary program for Rockdale County Emergency Relief Fund, Inc. in 2006, the scope of the Phoenix Pass, Inc. transitional housing program grew in such a way that establishing the program as an independent, not-for-profit organization through the partnership of two well-established, service-based organizations in the Conyers-Rockdale County community has allowed for more support from the Conyers-Rockdale County community and from neighboring communities and has also allowed for a more comprehensive development of a holistic transitional housing program.
