Phoenix Pass, Inc. has designed a long-term, time-limited housing program from which Program Partners previously experiencing displacement and/or temporary homelessness will graduate to stable, permanent housing within 24 months. Phoenix Pass, Inc. will provide stable and secure housing for families that are experiencing displacement, thus allowing the Program Participants to participate in a comprehensive program that will provide a holistic, curriculum-based and community-based education for improving their life skills, including opportunities for:

• Career advancement
• Financial planning and budgeting education
• Guidance for family care and management

These will help them make a successful transition back to self-sufficiency.
