The Phoenix Pass Apartment Buildings

The design of the transitional housing structures includes two apartment buildings with eight single-family, two-bedroom apartment units in each building and a resource-and-opportunity-development center. Construction of the transitional housing structures will be a phase-progression project: Phase I will include one eight-unit residential apartment building and the resource-and-opportunity-development center, and Phase II will include the second apartment eight-unit residential apartment building.
Fifteen apartment units will be reserved as the residential quarters for Program Participants, and one apartment unit will be reserved for on-site residential security. Maximum overnight living space would be allocated for 90 program participants (including adult caregivers and dependent children). The design of the space allocation has included a living-space capacity for up to eight people in each apartment unit; however, the overnight living space allocation has been designed as an average of up to six people in each residential apartment unit.
