Phoenix Pass serves women with children who are experiencing homelessness, or at-risk for homelessness by giving them an opportunity to reestablish self-sufficiency in a residential setting.
WHY WE EXIST
There is NO #1 thing that leads to homelessness.
The varying pressures of life, loss of marriage, employment, home, loss, loss, loss = FEAR!
Fear of FAILURE of SURVIVAL not only to themselves also their children.

OUR PROGRAM
The program at Phoenix Pass provides participants with supportive services and the resources to recover and rebuild a productive, stable lifestyle for themselves and their children.
SURVIVAL
Phoenix Pass offers the first giant step back to survival. Our Program opens the first door of hope for the future by providing housing -- a safe place to lay our heads.
SUPPORT
Our Program provides our women SUPPORT to successfully re-claim their lives and gain FAMILY STABILITY through the educational services taught by Community Volunteers.
EMPOWERMENT
Our program’s weekly Case Management meetings empower participants to reach goal of complete SELF-SUFFICIENCY through classes and accountability.
PATHWAYS
After the women graduate from our 2-year Program, they may continue to stay at Phoenix Pass for 1-year as they progress into the PATHWAYS Program.
